About MARTS-R.P Cleaning Solutions
An owner-run cleaning company in Bristol, CT — Monday through Saturday.
Our Story
MARTS-R.P Cleaning Solutions LLC was started by Norma Prado on a simple promise: show up when we say we will, work from a real checklist, and treat every home and business like our own. We are based at 683 Camp Street in Bristol, and most of our work still comes from customers recommending us to someone they know.
Today we serve roughly 30 minutes in every direction from Bristol — Avon, Farmington, West Hartford, Glastonbury, Simsbury, New Britain, Southington, Burlington, Terryville, Harwinton, Cheshire, and Wolcott — with New Canaan and Greenwich handled as scheduled appointments. Homes, offices, and commercial buildings all get the same standard.
We arrive in uniform with our own products and equipment, including floor machines for larger commercial jobs. Standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move in / move out, and post-construction cleanup are all in-house — and we are available Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 5 PM.
What We Stand For
Reliability
We show up when we say we will. Same crew when possible. Same checklist every visit.
Respect
Your home and business deserve respect. We treat every space with care and attention.
Quality
Printed checklists, quality audits, and accountability — every visit, every time.
Community
We're a Bristol company. We hire local, we serve local, and our customers are our neighbors.
Our Mission
Deliver consistent, detail-focused cleaning that gives families and business owners their time back. Treat every customer like a neighbor. Earn trust one visit at a time.
Our Promise
If you're not happy with something, tell us and we'll come back and make it right. Owner Norma Prado stands behind every job personally — that's how we've built a base of recurring customers across central Connecticut.
